Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Because many Kikojoy pieces are solid 14kt gold and carefully sourced, this time allows us to confirm details before shipment.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping and may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotions.

Delivery Time

After an order ships, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or destination.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping notification.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Kikojoy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kikojoy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
