Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. We offer a 14-day return window on eligible items from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry is only eligible for return if it is unopened and unused.
  • We recommend trying on jewelry only after you’re certain you’re keeping it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked final sale
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the issue is confirmed.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us within 14 days at support@kikojoy.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA), if eligible.
  3. Ship the item back and include the RA information with your return.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your item is confirmed defective/damaged/incorrect, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for any eligible item.
