Is Kikojoy jewelry solid gold or plated?
Kikojoy pieces are made in solid 14kt yellow gold. We do not sell plated or gold-filled body jewelry. Each piece is stamped for authenticity.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Solid gold is naturally nickel-free in typical 14kt formulations and is widely chosen by people who prefer real materials. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend reviewing the product details and checking with your piercer.
Can I wear solid gold body jewelry every day?
Yes. Solid 14kt gold is chosen for long-term wear because it holds its color and resists tarnish. Like all fine jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.
Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?
Solid gold holds up well, but water, chlorine, and chemicals can dull the finish over time. If you want to preserve shine, remove your jewelry before swimming and avoid contact with hair dye, cleaning products, and strong skincare acids.
Are pieces sold individually or as pairs?
Most body jewelry is sold as a single piece. Each product page states whether an item is sold individually or as a pair.
What gauge do I need?
Gauge is the thickness of the post or ring. Common sizes include:
- 20G (0.8mm) — common for nose hoops and some nose studs
- 18G (1.0mm) — common for nose studs and some ear piercings
- 16G (1.2mm) — common for cartilage and some ear piercings
- 14G (1.6mm) — common for navel jewelry

How do I choose the right hoop diameter?
Inner diameter is the measurement across the inside of a hoop. For many nose hoops, 8mm (5/16") fits closer, while 10mm (3/8") offers a little more room. Fit depends on your anatomy and piercing placement.
What navel bar length do you carry?
Many of our navel pieces are a standard 3/8" (10mm) length. The exact size is listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns?
